Microwave internet uses radio signals to carry data wirelessly between two points — usually from a transmission tower to an antenna on your building. It reaches sites without fiber, installs far faster than digging, and makes an excellent backup to a wired line.
How it works
We install a microwave antenna on your building and align it with a nearby transmission tower. Data travels between the tower and your antenna on microwave radio waves, then into your network. The two antennas need a clear line of sight, which our engineers check during the site survey.
Why choose microwave
- Wireless high-speed connectivity
- Fast installation compared to fiber
- Suitable for remote locations, factories and temporary sites
- Commonly used as a backup link for business continuity
